Status per order line
Gain insights into your order progress through detailed status updates.
To review the status of your order, navigate to your order history and select the relevant order. A detailed status table is provided for each order line, allowing you to monitor estimated arrival times and other key information.
Understanding order statuses and information:
Status:
- Delivered: This status indicates that the specified product quantity has been fulfilled. The customer has either received the products or picked them up from a Ceratec location.
- In preparation: This status indicates that the specified product quantity is being prepared for shipping or pickup.
- Reserved: This status indicates that the specified product quantity has been allocated to your order.
- Transfer on the road: This status indicates the quantity of products currently being transported to your local branch. The estimated time of arrival indicates when the products will be available for shipping or pickup.
- Transfer in preparation*: This status indicates the quantity of products currently being prepared for transfer to your local branch. The estimated time of arrival indicates when the products will be available for shipping or pickup.
- On vessel*: This status indicates that the specified product quantity is currently being shipped from overseas. The estimated time of arrival includes shipping time and transport to the local branch.
- Boarding vessel*: This status indicates that the specified product quantity is awaiting shipment on the vessel. The estimated time of arrival includes the time for vessel loading, shipping time, and transport to the local branch.
- In supplier backyard*: This status shows the product quantity currently available in our supplier's backyard overseas. The material is ready to ship but will only move forward once a customer order is placed. The estimated time of arrival is a projected date, assuming the purchase order is placed at the time of viewing. Once ordered, the quantity will shift to the next status in the supply chain.
- Production scheduled*: This status indicates that the specified product quantity is currently on order with our supplier and we have confirmation of a production date. The estimated arrival date includes the production time, the time for vessel loading, shipping time, and transport to the local branch.
- On PO*: This status indicates that the specified product quantity is currently on order with our supplier but awaiting a production date. We will provide an estimated time of arrival when available.
Please note that all estimated arrival dates indicated with an asterisk (*) are approximate and subject to change without prior notice. Estimated arrival dates are updated on the portal every hour.
Lot: This column displays the lot number assigned to the specific quantity of the product included in this order line. Note: The lot number will appear only for tile and rolled vinyl products.
(Quantity): This column displays the amount of product associated with the indicated status, using the unit of measure specified in the column header (e.g., sq.ft., carton, piece).
Available Date: This column indicates the date when the quantity of product specified in this order line is expected to be available. "Available" means the product is in stock at your local branch.
