Quickly find the products you need and understand their availability with our inventory table guide.

To have total access to the information presented below, please login with your account or create an account.

To view inventory information, first select all product characteristics (colour, dimension, finish, etc.). The inventory table will appear below the ADD TO CART button.

The inventory table shows product availability by lot number across our warehouses (distribution centers and local branches) and supply chain. If a product is in transit, the estimated arrival time will be displayed.

When logged in, the inventory table defaults to your local branch and also shows inventory at our distribution centers. To view inventory at other locations, use the dropdown menu.

IMPORTANT:

The inventory quantities on this page show the remaining stock after deducting items allocated to all open orders. You are seeing the net available quantity.

Understanding the inventory table statuses:

In transfer to (your local branch):

  • On the road: This status indicates the quantity of products currently being transported to your local branch. The estimated time of arrival indicates when the products will be available for shipping or pickup.

In preparation*: This status indicates the quantity of products currently being prepared for transfer to your local branch. The estimated time of arrival indicates when the products will be available for shipping or pickup.

At the distribution center (CDC): This section shows the quantity of products available for transfer from our distribution centers to your local branch. Shipping times may vary depending on the distribution center's location.

Third party warehouse: This section shows the quantity of products available for transfer from our third-party warehouses to your local branch. Shipping times may vary depending on the warehouse location.

Arriving stock:

  • On vessel*: This status shows the quantity of products currently being shipped from overseas. The estimated time of arrival indicates when the products will reach one of our distribution centers.
  • Boarding vessel*: This status indicates the product quantity awaiting shipment on the vessel. The estimated time of arrival includes the time for vessel loading, shipping time, and transport to one of our distribution centers.
  • In supplier backyard*: This status shows the product quantity currently available in our supplier's backyard overseas. The material is ready to ship but will only move forward once a customer order is placed. The estimated time of arrival is a projected date, assuming the purchase order is placed at the time of viewing. Once ordered, the quantity will shift to the next status in the supply chain.
  • Production scheduled*: This status indicates the product quantity currently on order with our supplier and for which we have confirmation of a production date. The estimated arrival date includes the production time, the time for vessel loading, shipping time, and transport to one of our distribution centers.
  • On PO*: This status shows the quantity of products currently on order with our supplier. We will provide an estimated time of arrival if available.
IMPORTANT:

Please note that all estimated arrival dates indicated with an asterisk (*) are approximate and subject to change without prior notice. Estimated arrival dates are updated on the portal every hour.

Lot: This column indicates the lot number for the selected product. To find the location and available quantity of that specific lot, refer to the corresponding entries in the Location and (Quantity) columns (i.e. Sq.Ft., Carton, etc.). Note: The lot number will appear only for tile and rolled vinyl products. Note that the lot number will only appear when the stock has been received at one of our CDC’s.

(Quantity): This column displays the amount of product associated with the indicated status, using the unit of measure specified in the column header (e.g., sq.ft., carton, piece).

Location: This column indicates at which Distribution Center (CDC) the stock will be received or where the Third Party Warehouse is located.

Available Date: This column indicates the date when the quantity of product specified on this status line is expected to be available. "Available" means the product is in stock at the identified location.
