Invoices
To view your invoices:
- Sign in your account on shop.ceratec.com.
- Click on the Profile icon in the upper right corner.
- Click on INVOICES in the Profile sub-menu.
You will be able to see all your invoices and search by:
- Invoice number
- Order confirmation number
- PO tag
- Order number
- Product code (SKU) or product description
- Shipping date
- Invoice status
Understanding the information on the invoice dashboard:
Invoice status:
- Unpaid: This status appears when the invoice has been issued but payment has not yet been received.
- Paid: This status appears when payment of the invoice has been received and processed.
- Refunded: This status appears when a refund has been issued for the invoice, in whole or in part.
For more details on an invoice, click on the plus (+) icon or on the invoice number.
You will then have all the details of the invoice, such as the purchased products, their quantity and their price. You will also have the option to download the invoice in PDF format.
Tip:
Enter the order number to see all the information about it.
You can view your invoices, credits, and refunds related to the order.
